This website is intended for adults and business users. Please do not submit children’s personal information through the contact form.

Information we collect

Enquiries

If you contact us through the form, we collect your name, email address, company name if provided, the service you select, your message, and the time of submission. If you email us directly, we process the information contained in your message.

Technical information

The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security information to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may also use strictly necessary security or bot-protection cookies depending on the settings enabled on the hosting account.

Marketing emails

We use enquiry details to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails. We may send occasional marketing emails about our services or products only where you have separately opted in or where applicable law otherwise permits it. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option.

Who receives information

The contact form is designed to send enquiries through a Cloudflare Function to the enquiry-delivery service configured for the site. If the form is unavailable or not yet connected, the site asks you to email us directly instead. The exact provider configuration may be updated as the business systems are finalised.

Where information is processed

Website traffic and provider systems may process information in India and other countries where those providers operate. We use service providers with their own security, privacy, and data-processing terms and take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for international processing.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

• Unsuccessful enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last contact.
• Project communications are kept for the project and support period.
• Tax, invoice, and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
• Marketing unsubscribe records are retained only as needed to respect the opt-out.
